How does ordering work?
You choose the items you would like on our website, pay, and add any delivery instructions at the checkout and our drivers will deliver direct to your doorstep.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, we have a minimum order value of £30
Do you offer a subscription service?
Yes, we offer a flexible subscription service. You can read more about that here. But you do not have to subscribe to order from Frederick’s Farm Boxes – you can just order what you want, when you want it.
Can I edit my order?
Yes, you can make changes to your order up until 10pm three days before your delivery date.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major debit and credit cards
What happens if there is a problem with my order?
If anything is wrong with your order, we would like to hear about it straight away. You can call us on 01279 654125 or report a problem through our email here [email protected].
We have a “no quibble” policy and will offer a refund if any part of your order is damaged, missing, or poor quality. Feedback is vital to Frederick’s Farm Boxes and our suppliers so please take a picture of the item to be refunded and we will arrange a refund.
How will my refund be paid?
Refunds will either be paid directly to your credit card account or via a voucher, contact us to tell us which you prefer.

We deliver to all of mainland UK.
When do you deliver?
We deliver Wednesday through to Saturday.
How do I track my delivery?
When you order is being delivered by our courier service you will be able to track your order you’re your order is being delivered by our local delivery drivers you can call us on 01279 654125 or email us at [email protected] and update you on the status of your delivery.
Can I change my delivery day?
Yes, you can change your delivery day if it is before 10pm three days before your delivery date.

Do you make substitutions?
We may occasionally need to make a substitution if a particular product is not available. You can tell us about any products you do not wish to be substituted in your account on our website.
How will my delivery be packaged?
Frederick’s Farm Boxes are delivered in our custom-made boxes with as little packaging as possible, Our high performance thermal insulated packaging is designed specifically for direct deliveries of chilled and frozen foods including meat boxes, fresh fish and seafood, cheeses and deli items, fresh fruit and veg, gourmet menus and ready meals.
Wool cool has been rigorously tested and proven to keep produce within the temperature ranges required by the Food Standards Agency.
Do you use plastic?
We use as little plastic as possible and are constantly investigating ways to reduce it. Some soft fruit may arrive in reusable plastic tubs which you are welcome to return to our driver either when you receive your delivery or with your next delivery.
How does my cold food stay safe?
Any cold food is delivered safely within insulated packaging as part of an unbroken “cold chain” from supplier to you. We deliver your produce in our temperature-controlled Vans keeping your produce fresh and cold throughout the whole process of delivery to you.
How do you choose your suppliers?
At Frederick’s Farm Boxes we work only with suppliers who share our values. We know all the companies we work with so we can guarantee that all produce meets our ethical and sustainability standards.
Is all your produce organic?
Not everything we sell at Frederick’s Farm Boxes is organic. Although we support organic methods, we also believe that small and local farming is vital for producing fresh, high quality food. All our suppliers meet our ethical and sustainability standards, and we encourage organic methods where possible.
Do you offer contact-free delivery?
Yes, our drivers are equipped with all necessary equipment to provide contact-free delivery to your doorstep.
Do you deliver to self-isolating houses?
Yes. Please let us know in the “special instructions” box when you check out to make sure the driver is aware in advance.
Can I leave specific instructions for my delivery?
Yes. Please use the “special instructions” box at the checkout to let us know your preferences.
